Location

The property is situated within a large private plot of land on top of a hill near Santa Barbara de Nexe, not far from the historical town of Loule. The villa is situated just 15 minutes from Vilamoura golf course and Faro.

Accommodation

This stunning 4 bedroom property with heated swimming pool has wonderful views over the Algarve and the Atlantic Ocean. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and is set in a very quiet location. It is a large property with a living space of 400m2 (4305sq ft) and spacious terraces and pool area to allow you to dine outside. It features a master suite with dressing area and ensuite bathroom, 3 further bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin/double), all of which are en-suite. There is a comfortable sitting room which leads out onto the terrace and a large kitchen / dining area which also leads out to the dining terraces.
