While all of the Villas, Lodges and Apartments are fairly and competitively priced, and many offer inclusions which few companies can match, there are certain Special Values available in the Mid Season.

Mid Season Magic

The two most magical aspects of the Mid Season are the absence of crowds (since many of the periods are outside the school holidays) and the Rocksure Collection prices.  Others might mention the spring flowers and autumn colours at many of the destinations, too. 

Overall, these tend to be the most idyllic times; uncrowded; tables available in the best restaurants; greater freedom to play golf or tennis or rent a boat; a perfect time to walk in the hills or along the beach; and lower prices everywhere.

And, if you think it might be chilly at certain destinations, be assured that the house will have central heating and maybe a log fire, too, and that your swimming pool (or hot tub in Breckenridge) will be heated as well.  This is the time to curl up with a book and have a real holiday.

But we recognise that, outside the school holidays, you probably won't want to have to gather together a large party to make it economic, so we offer Small Party Prices.

Small Party Prices

If your party is 6 or less, you are entitled to a discount off our Mid Season prices.  This means that you and your friends can enjoy the freedom, privacy, space and security of a wonderful house at a price which is very competitive with room rates at leading hotels, without taking into account all of the extra savings such as food and drink purchased at store prices.  And don't worry about the extra bedrooms: some of the properties (such as Thailand) are perfectly designed for just two couples and we have even let a whole house to honeymooners!
