The Properties
What services are provided?
All utility costs are included in the prices plus local taxes where applicable.
What staff are included in the prices?
Each of the houses featured (except Breckenridge) come with a housekeeper/cook, daily maid service and a gardener/handyman/pool attendant included in the price. The house at Breckenridge includes daily maid service, but a housekeeper/cook is an extra cost.
Can you provide babysitters / nannies ?
Yes Babysitters / Nannies are available to book at extra cost.
Can you arrange a chef?
The food provided by the housekeeper/cook is of a good home-cooking standard, featuring mostly dishes from the destination. If you wish to dine in greater style, then you should ask us to arrange a chef during your stay. This will be an extra cost and we need plenty of warning.
Can you arrange other services?
Yes, Rocksure Property Ltd can provide airport transfers, car hire and other ground services as required.
Do you arrange flights?
No, but we can refer you to a bespoke private travel service in London if you wish.
